NIA CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS (March 04 2026)- The following is a public notice from the Registrar of Companies (Nevis):

 

Notice to Directors Regarding Filing of Annual Returns from the Office of the Registrar of Companies

 

Annual Returns for the period ending December 31, 2025, must be submitted in duplicate to the Companies Registry on or before March 31, 2026.

The applicable filing fees are as follows:

  • Local Companies are $150.00; and
  • External Companies are $100.00.

Forms are available for download at nia.gov.kn/documents/company-registry/.

Please be advised that a late filing penalty fee of $250.00 per month will be applied starting April 1, 2026, for any delayed submissions of forms, documents, or notices until compliance is achieved.
